Stockholm by Sophie is run by Sophie Heine. The company has F-tax and is registered for VAT. I am a member of the Stockholm Authorized Guides Association and by this a member of the World Federation of Tourist Guide Association. I am a qualified tourist guide, authorized by Visit Stockholm.

Accessibility
I do my best to make my tours accessible for everybody, regardless of functional ability. However, everyone has a responsibility to control the circumstances beforehand and take care of their participation during the tour. Feel free to ask me about the conditions.

Agreement
After we have agreed on a program I will send you a confirmation. The confirmation will include information about the itinerary, meeting point, payments, price and details about the program. If you are a group and need transport to the city from the airport, or within the city, I will be happy to help.

Cancellation
Tours can be canceled for free up to 24 hours before the start of the program. Thereafter, the fee is not reimbursed.

Prices
I follow the Association of Stockholm's Authorized Guides' rate for recommended fees.

Prices though might alter, depending on circumstances, such as time of day. If transport is included, there is an additional cost.

Payment
Swedish payments can be done by swish, card, cash or invoice. The payment can be paid on the site or in advance, depending on the program.

Foreign payments can be done by card, cash or bank transfer.

Changes in programs
Should there be any changes to the program, such as a road-block or closing an attraction, I will do my best to compensate with alternatives, other ways, activities etc. If the program cannot be fulfilled you have the right to a refund of the whole program.
